Ryan has over a decade of commercial banking and finance experience with a broad range of industries across the South East of Australia, including agriculture, forestry, engineering, hospitality, wholesaling, transport and manufacturing. Having worked at two of the four big banks, Ryan has a detailed understanding of their requirements and processes to facilitate successful outcomes for your business. Over the past five years, Ryan has worked with the number of clients across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland in the tourism industry, with a specialised focus on financing caravan parks which has allowed him to develop deep understanding of the industry.

Jinal Doshi joined Rogerson Kenny Finance in 2025 as a Senior Broker, bringing over seven years of mortgage industry expertise. Passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership and investment goals, she ensures a seamless, stress-free mortgage process. Specializing in home purchases, refinancing, and commercial lending, she builds lasting relationships based on trust and transparency. Recognized with multiple awards, including the Elite Women Awards (2023–2025), Top Advisor 2024, and Premier Award 2024, Jinal is committed to excellence. Outside work, she enjoys time with her husband and two children and actively supports her community.
